최정권 교수입니다.

저는 서울대학교 건설환경도시공학부에서 촉매 및 고급산화·환원공정을 활용한 신흥오염물질(CECs) 처리기술, 수질 모니터링 센서, 지속가능한 환경소재틑 연구하고 있습니다.

저를 만나는 두 가지 방법이 있습니다.

첫 번째 방법은, 저의 디지털 쌍둥이를 통해서 만나는 것입니다. A Con 앱으로 가보시면, 대화창이 나옵니다. 그곳에서 문자나 음성으로 대화할 수 있습니다.

디니털 쌍둥이가 뭐냐고요?

실제 사람 전문가를 디지털로 그대로 복제한 것을  말합니다.

그 사람의 신원 정보, 개인적인 취향이나 성격, 전문 지식 등을 깊이있게 학습한 인공지능(AI)이 그 사람을 닮은 모습과 지식으로 당신과 대화를 하는 것입니다.

저는 서울대학교 건설환경공학부에서 환경공학을 연구하고 있는 최정권입니다. 학부 시절 미국 쿠퍼유니온(The Cooper Union)에서 토목공학을 전공한 후, 일리노이대학교 어바나-샴페인(University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign)에서 석사와 박사 학위를 취득하였습니다. 이후 스탠퍼드대학교(Stanford University)에서 박사후 연구원으로 근무하며 물 환경 내 오염물질의 거동과 반응 메커니즘에 대한 연구를 수행하였고, 2016년부터 서울대학교에 부임하여 현재 부교수로 재직 중입니다.

제 연구의 핵심은 신흥오염물질(CECs)을 환경적으로 무해한 물질로 전환하는 새로운 처리공정을 개발하는 것입니다. 특히, 촉매 기반의 환원 및 산화 기술, 라디칼 반응을 이용한 고급산화공정(AOPs) 및 고급환원공정(ARPs)을 활용하여 미량 유기오염물질을 효율적으로 제거하는 방법을 연구하고 있습니다. 또한, 수중 오염물질을 실시간으로 탐지할 수 있는 센싱기술과 모니터링 시스템을 개발하여 환경위해 평가 및 수질관리의 정밀화를 목표로 하고 있습니다.
